Labrador Labs - Demo Incentive Program Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Labrador Labs Demo Incentive Program ("Program"). By submitting a demo request through the promotional link, the participant ("Participant") agrees to these Terms.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Incentive Gift ("Incentive"), all of the following conditions must be met:
1.1 Professional Role Requirements
Participant must:
Be a full-time employee of an organization that develops, deploys, maintains, or secures software-enabled systems or applications, including but not limited to solutions in financial services, IoT/embedded devices, medical/health-tech, manufacturing, SaaS (B2B or B2C), or other industries where software supply-chain security is applicable.
Hold a role with direct responsibility or influence over one or more of the following: evaluation, recommendation, procurement, architecture, product assurance, or compliance of software-supply-chain tooling (for example: Security Architect/Manager, Software Engineering Manager, Product Security Lead, CTO, CISO, Head of DevOps, Compliance Lead, or equivalent).
Be in a position to evaluate or recommend tooling such as software composition analysis (SCA), SBOM management, vulnerability management, or supply-chain security solutions-rather than only performing purely operational or non-decision roles.
1.2 Company/Organization Requirements
Participant's organization must:
Currently maintain one or more active codebases, applications, or software-enabled systems requiring governance, security, or supply-chain oversight.
Have a legitimate business need for software-supply-chain security solutions (SCA, SBOM, vulnerability management, compliance monitoring) or be actively evaluating such solutions.
Be evaluating or intend to evaluate a solution within the subject area (such as CRA, DORA, FDA, DoD, ISO, or general software-supply-chain risk/compliance) within a business context.
1.3 Program Timing & Validity
To qualify:
Participant must book and complete a live demo with a Labrador Labs representative.
The demo must be scheduled and completed before the Program end date listed on the promotional page.
The Participant must join the demo using a valid corporate/business email address (personal email domains such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook are not acceptable).
Only one Incentive is allowed per organization (i.e., one company may only claim one Incentive even if multiple employees attend the demo).
2. Exclusions
The following individuals, roles or organizations do not qualify for the Incentive:
Students, job-seekers, or individuals whose primary purpose is not evaluating tools for an existing organizational need.
Contractors or consultancies who are not evaluating solutions on behalf of their own organization's decision-making process (unless they meet the above role and authority requirements for their client organization).
Personal email domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) used by Participants.
Organizations that do not maintain active software development, deployment, or security operations (for example, those whose software supply-chain is not relevant).
Demo requests whose primary intent appears to be obtaining the Incentive rather than a bona fide evaluation of Labrador Labs.
Duplicate or repeat submissions from the same organization once the Incentive has been claimed.
Any Participants providing false, incomplete or unverifiable information.
Labrador Labs reserves complete discretion to determine eligibility and to deny or revoke eligibility if any of the above apply.
3. Demo Completion Requirements
To receive the Incentive:
The Participant must attend the full scheduled demo session (typically 25-35 minutes) with a Labrador Labs representative.
The Participant must actively engage in the demo, including discussion of their organization's software supply-chain, security posture or tooling needs.
The Participant must provide accurate, verifiable information about their role, organization and the evaluation scenario.
If a reschedule is required, the Participant may reschedule one time. A no-show without reschedule or repeated rescheduling may void eligibility.
4. Verification & Approval
Labrador Labs may require verification of eligibility, including but not limited to:
Confirmation of the Participant's role, authority, and organization employment.
Verification of the organization's size, business domain, software/engineering portfolio, and software-supply-chain/security needs.
Confirmation that the Participant is actively evaluating or intending to evaluate software-supply-chain/security tooling (such as SCA/SBOM tools).
Additional documentation or proof (employment email, company domain verification, etc.) as necessary.
Issuance of the Incentive is subject to internal review and approval; Labrador Labs reserves the right to decline an Incentive if eligibility cannot be fully verified.
5. Incentive Issuance
Once approved, the Incentive will be delivered electronically to the Participant's provided valid corporate/business email address.
Incentives are typically processed and sent within 7-14 business days after successful demo completion and eligibility confirmation.
The Incentive is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed according to the terms specified in the delivery instructions.
Labrador Labs is not liable for lost, deleted, misdirected or otherwise undelivered Incentives once properly sent.
6. Fraud Prevention
Labrador Labs reserves the right to:
Reject or revoke any Incentive application suspected of fraud, abuse, misrepresentation or manipulation.
Withhold or claw back the Incentive if the Participant or organization provides false, incomplete, outdated or unverifiable information.
Permanently exclude any Participant or organization from future promotions if there is evidence of abuse of the Program.
7. Modification or Termination of Program
Labrador Labs may at any time modify, suspend or terminate the Program (or any part thereof) in its sole discretion without prior notice. All Participants remain subject to the version of Terms posted at the time of their submission.
8. General Conditions
By participating, participants agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify Labrador Labs and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Program or receipt/use of the Incentive.
The Incentive and any related taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the Participant. Labrador Labs makes no representations or warranties regarding the Incentive.
Governing law shall be that of the state/country in which Labrador Labs is headquartered (or as specified by Labrador Labs), without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute concerning the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction specified by Labrador Labs or through arbitration if specified.
